NAICS Code 235950: Provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies, necessary to provide mechanical maintenance (O&M) performance based services at buildings in Del Rio/Eagle Pass, TX. Contract period is June 1, 2002 through May 31, 2003 with 4 (1-Year) options. This contract will be acquired utilizing SOURCE SELECTION procedures with award based on "BEST VALUE" concept. Anticipated release date of the request for proposal is on or about December 14, 2001, with an anticipated receipt of proposals due February 1, 2001. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in PDF format and will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WW browser application. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically.
