Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) on behalf of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) plans to negotiate with Gilseth Consulting, Incorporated to provide on-going system support services with daily operational aspects of the Interactive Voice Response IVR System and the Automated Response System (ARC). Gilseth will be providing telephone (hot line) support, a daily remote monitoring of the ARC system, in addition Gilseth will be providing a system report which will include error and tracking problems, coordinating error correction and resolution as well as system updates and enhancements. Gilseth Consulting, Inc. is the designer and developer of the interactive voice response system and therefore has the expertise required to maintain, operate, and update this existing voice/telephone system. Therefore, Gileseth Consulting, Inc. is considered the only known source available that can provide ongoing technical support and consultation without any interruptions. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is November 1, 2001.
