Description

ALL POTENTIAL OFFERORS: Questions from potential offerors have necessitated a 2nd solicitation amendment. This 2nd Amendment will be issued by 10:00 AM, EST on Wednesday, October 17, 2001, and will be posted to the IRS Procurement webpage. The focus of this amendment will be to clarify Section B (pricing tables) and will address the 2-award and 3-award scenario, individually. Be advised, this 2nd amendment DOES NOT extend the RFQ closing date of Friday, October 17, 2001. During the offer preparation phase, potential offerors shall submit questions via e-mail to helen.d.carmona@irs.gov. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Any and all RFQ amendments will be announced in FebBizOps and the Commerce Business Daily and posted to the IRS procurement web-site. The electronic submission of offers IS NOT permitted.
