Description

R -- This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a firm-fixed price contract with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The government intends to negotiate and award a contract to the California Urban Water Conservation Council (Council) for creation of "Guest Accounts" for the Bureau of Reclamation Mid-Pacific Region's Urban Water Contractors who are not signatories to the California Urban Water Conservation Council. Contractor to set up accounts for 35 reporting units, set up access for Reclamation to each account, set up reports for each reporting unit on the Councils website www.cuwcc.org, present 3 one-day workshops for Reclamation Districts on how to use website, prepare training materials for workshops, and provide technical assistance to the 35 Reclamation Urban Districts in completing reports on the website as needed. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000. This notice will be the only official notice prior to award of the purchase order. The anticipated award date is October 31, 2001.
