Description

AMOUNT: Approximately 7,450 rentable square feet of office and related use space. Rentable square feet must yield approximately 6,585 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of space to be available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space must be on one level, contiguous and have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1. Columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other, and must be no more than 2 feet square. LOCATION: Properties must be located within the city limits of Selmer, Tennessee. Properties must be located outside of the flood plain. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Space is required approximately December 1, 2002. Lease term will be ten (10) years, with five (5) years firm. OWNERS/AGENTS: Agents must provide documentation showing their authority to represent owner. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by November 2, 2001.
