Description

Requirement: The United States Government is interested in leasing a minimum of 10,400 to a maximum of 11,450 square feet of rentable space on street level. Rentable must yield a minimum of 9,025 to a maximum of 9,950 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. The space to be offered shall be contiguous, and no more than twice as long as it is wide. This space requires adequate parking for the public and must be proximate to public transportation. Location:The space must be located within the following elineated area within the official City Limits of Manassas, Virginia. North: Lee Highway to the Bull Run Creek, then Bull Run Creek to Route 28 (Centreville Road); East: Route 28 (Centreville Road); South: Route 28 (Center Street; Nokesville Road) to Route 234; West: Route 234 (both sides of the road) to Route 66, then Route 66 to Lee Highway. Terms: Ten (10) year firm term or Five (5) year firm term with one (1) five (5) year renewal option. Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 31, 2002 or four (4) months after lease award, whichever is later.
