Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to award a contract to Mid-Town Parking, Inc. at 1200 K Street, NW, Washington, DC, on a sole source basis. The purpose of this award is to support continuous uninterrupted leased parking spaces. The period of performance is from October 1, 2001 to September 30, 2002. It is in the best interest for the current provider to continue this service. This is not a request for proposal. See Note 22.
