OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. NOT A COMMERCIAL ITEM. GFP UNKNOWN. BEARINGS, SPECIALTY AND PRECIOUS METALS UNKNOWN. REQUESTED DELIVERY IS 250 DARO. PROGRESS PAYMENTS NOT INCLUDED AS PROVISIONS AT FAR 32.5 HAVE NOT BEEN MET. LETTER RFP IN ANTICIPATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE IAW BOA.
