QTY: One. DESCRIPTION: The cart must be compatible with existing equipment meeting Hughes Corporation specifications PS5126503. The cart will provide hydraulic power to two test benches with independent controls and monitoring for pressure and flow for each test bench. The cart consists of the following major sub components: a liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger, motor-pump assembly, reservoir, filter system and two sides of controls and monitors. Required delivery date: 14 weeks following contract award date. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties shall respond via email to identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies described in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
