- Description
- The Long Beach Job Corps Center is a residential, academic/vocational training facility for young adults (16-24). The Center provides on-campus meals seven days a week for 300 students. A subcontractor is wanted to operate all phases of Food Service: including procurement, menu planning, preparation, serving, sanitation, etc. The subcontract will commence on April 1, 2002. This is not a Request for Proposals. Request for Proposals will be available October 16, 2001. Interested providers should request a copy of the RFP from Ms. Michelle Allen. Request for a copy of the RFP must be submitted in time to reach the Center by 5:PM (PST), Thursday, November 29, 2001.
