Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation; Other than full and open competition. Origin inspection required. Delivery requested: 140 DARO; Quantity: 250 each, Line 0001 for 45 each to be delivered to Jacksonville, FL; Line 0002 for 205 each to be delivered to Norfolk, VA.
