- Miscellaneous repairs. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror must execute a current NAVSEA Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. The work will be performed at the contractor's facility. The place of performance is restricted to the homeport area. This is a Best Value procurement.
