See Notes #1, 9 and 26. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. This is an acquisition for 133 ,500 of the item Badge Clip, NSN 8455-01-112-7674. There will be two destinations required with 6 deliveries each. The two destinations are: DDSP -- New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA, and Arizona Ind. for the Blind, Phoen ix, AZ. The production leadtime is 165 days after award. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home after 11/01/01. From the Gateway homepage, select "Sea rch RFQs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSC s and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an E-MAIL notification of RF Q solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
