Description

Notice of Contract Action. The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB AL, intends to award on a sole source basis to purchase software maintenance and technical support for PeopleSoft Student Administration Software for a one year period, 04 Nov 2001 through 03 Nov 2002. The government proposes to award to PeopleSoft USA, Inc., 6903 Rockledge Drive, Two Democracy Center, Suite 1100, Bethesda MD 20817. Solicitation Number is F73RPC12901500. No request for proposals will be issued. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be firm-fixed price contract. If there are other firms that can provide maintenance and updates to PeopleSoft Student Administration Software, a response to this notice must be received before 2:00 PM (Central Time) on 29 Oct 01. If no responses are received by this date/time, a sole source contract with PeopleSoft USA, Inc. will be pursued. The POC for this notice is Mary Peters.
