Description

The Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), intends to issue a sole-source contract to Network Enterprise Operations, Inc., for technical and security management support for all construction phases. The contractor will oversee and monitor construction of the new NNSA facility, to ensure that office space is in accordance with DOE/NNSA Technical Security Countermeasure requirements. The proposed services are required to have the facility approved by DOE and the NNSA for storage and use of classified information owned by the NNSA. The effort will be a twelve-month, fixed-price completion contract. There will be no formal Request for Proposal issued for this action. See Note(s) 22 *****
