This proposed acquisition, for various Improved Bradley Acquisition System (IBAS), spares, consisting of various PRON numbers, nomenclatures, national stock numbers (NSNs), part n umbers (PNs), and quantities. The proposed contract will be firm fixed price, multiple year, requirements contract. This proposed acquisition also includes out year requirements for (3) three years with orders to be issued one or more times as requirement s materialize plus an option to extend performance of the contract for (2) two additional years of requirements. If option to extend performance is exercised, it will result in a total of (5) five years of contract coverage. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 110 days after contract award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Offeror s must be approved and qualified. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, m akes contact with firm(s) listed. The Government does not possess adequate documentation to acquire from other than the approved source.
