Description

Modification to BAA 01-44: The due date for submission of full proposals is extended until 4:00 PM (ET), Tuesday, May 7, 2002. All administrative correspondence and questions must be received by 4:00 PM (ET), Tuesday, April 30, 2002. This extension reflects a rescoping of the SPINE Program, now in progress, that will result in the issuance of another BAA modification detailing the changes within the next couple of weeks.
