THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE Synopsis FOR CONTINUED FLIGHT OPERATIONS SUPPORT OF THE FAST AURORAL SNAPSHOP EXPLORER PROGRAM (FAST) SATELLITE. SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their offer. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject solicitation and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date to respond to this synopsis to November 1, 2001. Interested firms have 21 days from the initial posting date of October 11, 2001 to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to November 1, 2001. Offers shall provide the information stated in the synopsis posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on October 11, 2001 and published in the CBD on October 11, 2001. Documents related to this solicitation will be available over the Internet. These documents are in Microsoft Office 97 format and reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
