Description

The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure services in support of the Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS). Services are required in support of the continued implementation, life-cycle support, and training of multiple application software systems which currently reside on various hardware suites including the Honeywell DPS-6 computer, the HP 750 (TAC III) and HP 712, 770 (TAC IV), HP K460, HP K380, HP J282, HP J2240, HP 5600, HP D370, HP D390 and IBM-compatible microcomputers. The contractor shall provide support to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) in meeting the implementation and life-cycle support tasks for all automated information systems (AIS) under the NCTSS program or other AISs which SPAWARSYSCEN may support. Services are to be provided at government facilities in Norfolk, VA, San Diego, CA, Camp LeJeune, NC, Yokosuka, Japan, Sigonella, Italy, locations afloat, the contractor's facility or as designated by the technical activity. This requirement involves an estimated level of effort of 4,003,000 man hours. This procurement is being processed on an unrestricted basis and will consist of a base year and four one year option periods. It is expected that the proposed procurement will result in the placement of a cost plus fixed fee type of contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia.
