Description

The Contracting Division, Pine Bluff Arsenal is soliciting for Professional Engineering and Technical Services for base year and four option years. The North American Industry Classification System code 54133 is applicable. The procurement is unrestricte d. The contract resulting from this procurement will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offerors shall submit al l technical questions regarding this solicitation to the Contracting Officer, in writing, no later than 20 days after issuance of this Request for Proposal. Questions may be sent via facsimile. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to w ritten questions, which may affect offers, will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Requests for the solicitation package must be in writing, via facsimile to 870-540-3730 or via e-mail to elaine.nelson@pba.army.mil. RFP solicit ation packages will be available on or about November 6, 2001, and are due on December 5, 2001, by or before 3:00PM. RFP solicitation packages shall not be faxed to requestors.
