Description

Offutt AFB requires the following service(s): Packing and Crating. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform packing and crating of household goods at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This service includes but is not limited to packing of household goods for inbound, outbound, intra-city and intra-area services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). A request for proposal shall be issued on or about 2 November 2001. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The proposed contract shall have a Nine-Month basic period, starting 01 Jan 2002 through 30 Sep 2002, plus three one year options. Award of the contract will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government. Upon issue, the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) website, which is at the following address: http://www.eps.gov. Contractors are required to complete Central Contractor Registration prior to award of any Government contract.
