Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Carson, Colorado has a requirement for the following Brand Name Equipment: Polaris MY2002 Indy 500 WideTrak LX Snowmobiles with Tachometer and white hoods. No substitutes are authorized. Warranty: Provide with quote standard commercial warranty information. This requirement is subject to the availability of FY 02 funds. (iii) Model Number: S02SU4BS (iv) Quantity: 30 (v) Unit of Issue: each (vi) FOB: Destination, Fort Carson, Colorado (vii) Required Delivery Date: 1 December 2001 (viii) Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr2000.com. (x) North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 441210, with a small business size standard of $5. (xi) The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
