This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart, 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request of Quotation #671-12Q-02. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 97-27. Contractor is to provide 1 each Molecular Dynamics nulticolor Fluorescence Variable Mode Imager; Filmless Autoradiography and Chemiluminescence, Typhoon 9400 or equal $__________________.. The above unit must be compatible with Amersham Pharmacia Biotech 2D Gel Electrophoresis System currently in use at this facility.
