Description

Supply to Department of State (DOS) posts worldwide the following: Commercial condition monitoring, analysis and equi pment assessment services for electro-mechanical machinery. Services shall determine contamination levels, wear rates and l ubricant characteristics for rotating machinery and engine generators. Services are required to improve system reliability and develop the predictive maintenance component of daily operation, as well as help reduce downtime and improve the financi al operating profile. Complete ready-to-use Oil Analysis Kits should be offered which are economical, available worldwide b y mail and easily used by on-site maintenance staff at DOS facilities worldwide to support equipment assessment. Oil sample s will be mailed to the successful offeror so that expedient and expert analysis of samples can be accomplished and detailed condition reports can be provided. Security cleanrances will be required for personnel performing work at DOS posts.
