Description

Furnish AO/ECU Physician Services at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, 500 Foothill Blvd, Salt Lake City, Utah 365 days per year (366 days on leap years) including holidays, 24 hours per day. Contract period will include one base year with options to extend for four each one year periods. Solicitation will be issued approximately 10/29/01. All requests must be submitted in writing or by email. No telephone requests will be accepted. Opening date 11/23/01.
