Description

DESC: Adapter Assembly NSN 1005-01-431-8324, Part Number 12976909. The item to procure is a manufactured part consisting of components fabricated from metal sheet material. Sub parts: PN 12976910, 12976911, 12976912, 12976913, 12976914 and 12976915. Welding and Plating required. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 800 each for clin 0001AA and a guaranteed minimum quantity of 2,092 each for clin 0001AB. FOB is Destination. For use on the M240 Machine Gun. Estimated issue date is on or about 09 November 2001. Proposed contract is full and open. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: OFFEROS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT: In order to receive the technical data package, all offerors are required to execute a Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement binding each offeror to the terms and conditions of the agreement. Copies of the Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement may be found as an attachment to the solicitation posted on the web. The Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement must be signed by an official authorized to legally bind the company. Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement, return by mail to Tacom-RI, AMSTA-LC_CSC-A, Sheri Gross, Rock Island, IL 61299-7630 or data fax to (309)782-3813, Attn: Sheri Gross. Upon receipt of the signed Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement, a technical data package will then be mailed to the offeror. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hard copies will not be provided.
