Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquistion procedures (FAR 13.5) to Feith Systems & Software, Inc, 425 Maryland Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034 to provide upgrades and technical support for the Feith Image Storage and Retrieval software program. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that Feith Systems and Software is the only source that has the knowledge and expertise to support this system and thus meet the Bureau of the Census's requirements. The intent of this synopsis is for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation will be issued.
