Description

CIVILIAN ENTERPRISE CONSOLIDATED U.S. NAVY BASE NEWSPAPER N00604-01-R-A002 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor intends to procure a firm fixed price (no cost) contract for the Civilian Enterprise Consolidated U.S. Navy Base Newspaper in support of the Commander Navy Region Hawaii. As Defined in Department of Defense Instruction 5120.4 and Secretary of the Navy Instruction 5720.44C (Public Affairs Regulations), a civilian enterprise consolidated U.S. Navy base newspaper is published under written contract by a civilian concern to serve the information needs of military and civilian personnel and their family members assigned to all area U.S. Navy installations in Navy Region Hawaii at no cost to the United States Government. The anticipated period of performance is the date of contract award through 31 December 2003, plus four (4) one-year options. Specific requirements are provided in the solicitation, which will be available on or around 6 November 2001.
