Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (FAR 13.5) to Eastman Kodak to repair and maintain microfilm cameras and scanners and associated equipment for the period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. The basis for the proposed non-competitive actions is that Eastman Kodak is the only source with the knowledge, parts inventory and service system to meet the Bureau of the Census's requirements. The intent of this synopis is for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation will be issued.
