The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for the Technical and Professional services of Wildlife Management Institute (WMI) for the development of a communication strategy and implementation plan for the North American Bird Conservation Initiative (NABCI) to effectively coordinate separate initiatives of the many Federal, State, and Non-Governmental wildlife organizations working the in United States and abroad addressing North American bird populations and habitat issues.
