- Hose Assembly, NSN 4720-01-378-6479. The purpose of this amendment is due to change in forecasted requirements. The total estimated quantities for all five years are as follows: CY 01-02 -- 4,285; CY 03 -- 3,050; CY 04 -- 3,040; CY 05 -- 4,845; CY 06 -- 3,06 0. The minimum guaranteed quantity is revised to 4,285 each. The total maximum ordering limitation for all five years is 32,500. Estimated issue date of 29 Oct 2001 is unchanged.
