Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is soliciting proposals for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the purchase of Combination Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B Adult Vaccine for use in Age 18 youths only, under the Vaccines For Children program. The maximum quantity is 200,000 doses. The vaccine shall be shipped F.O.B. destination to the 50 states and U.S. Territories. The contract period shall begin on the date of award and shall end on 3/31/02. Offeror s must provide evidence of a current FDA establishment license and evidence of a current FDA product license for the propose d product. Solicitation Number 2002-N-00005 will be issued on o/a 11/8/01. Only written requests for the solicitation dire ctly from the requestor (including facsimile requests to 770-488-2670) will be accepted. No telephone requests. All respon sible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
