Description

The U.S. Department of Education intends to negotiate with Outcomes Research Institute at Stanford University?s Hoover Institute on a sole source basis for a follow-on contract, for which Outcomes Research Institute has collected data from on state level education evaluations from all 50 states. The purpose of this contract is to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the kinds of evaluations that are currently underway in the states and to judge the ability of state education departments to create high quality evaluation studies on key education policies.
