This requirement is being issued as Full and Open with Hubzone Price Evaluation Preference 10%. The NAICS Code is 325188, Size Standard is based on 18.5m and FSC Code is W099. This requirement is for the leasing and maintenance of (2) two each retro-filled Bulktainers and Trailer Chassis for shipping OTTO Fuel from NAVSEA, Indian Head, Md., to Hawaii. The Period of Performance is one (1) base year with four (4) one year options. Maintenance/Cleaning to be performed either at Origin or NAVSEA Indian Head, Md.. Award will be made based on Best Value based on a tradeoff of price and past performance as set forth in the solicitation.
