Description

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to reroof the Operations Building, Bachelors Enlisted Quarters (BEQ), Family Housing Units, Utility Building, Garage/Shop, Engine Storage Shed, and Hazardous/Flammable Storage Building at USCG Station Rio Vista, CA. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of (e) EPDM single ply roofing system; installation of new thermoplastic alloy (TPA) roofing system; installation of new exhaust fan, new downspouts and splash blocks; removal of obsolete curbs, pitch pans and specified roof penetration; and replacement of power ventilators. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 150 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 235610. Small Business size standard is $11.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
