Description

Contractor is to provide all materials, labor, coordination; equipment and expertise necessary to install a sprinkler system in accordance with NFPA 13 at the FederalCorrectional Institution located in Fort Dix, New Jersey. The performance period will be 120 calendar days from date of award. A prebid site visit is tentatively scheduled for November 20, 2001. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 36.204 the magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project is 100% set-aside for small business. Security investigation / clearances are required. The solicitation will be available on or after November 08, 2001, and will be distributed through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available except in extreme circumstances AND only if issuance in this maner is determined to be in the Government's best interest.
