Description

This is a modification to a previous synopsis published September 13, 2001 to SP0100-01-R-4087, for Coveralls, Flyer's, Anti-Exposure, Cold Weather Unit (CWU) 62 B/P and 62 C/P. Item is a Qualified Products List (QPL) Item. Best Value Source Selection procedures will be utilized. Another technical evaluation factor has been added: Industrial Mobilization / Surge Mobilization Capacity. Technical Evaluation factors, in descending order of importance: (1) Past Performance, (2) Industrial Mobilization / Surge Mobilization Capacity, and (3) DLA Mentoring Business Agreements. Technical merit is more important than price. All other terms referenced remain the same. Copies of the RFP will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home at the time of solicitation issuance on or about November 13, 2001. From the Gateway homepage, select "search RFP's" from the right hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFP's are in protable document format (PDF).
