- Description
- The closing date and time for submission of proposals is extended from 13 November 2001, 5:00 PM Local Time, to 04 December 2001, 5:00 PM Local Time. A second site visit and inspection will be conducted on 07 November 2001 in order to provide offerors an opportunity to become familiar with any changes to the facilities and operational procedures at Picatinny Arsenal since the time of the initial site visit. The second site visit will only encompass those functional areas of the PWS that are changed as a result of increased levels of Force Protection at Picatinny Arsenal.
