Description

A&E Firms are reminded that SF254 information must be updated yearly to remain current within the Architect-Engineer Contract Administration Support System (ACASS). The ACASS system is mandated for use by DOD authorized construction agents (i.e. USACE, NA VFAC, and National Guard) as well as being mandated by Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) for use by non-Defense Federal Agencies (i.e. Veterans Affairs, GSA, and Department of Interior). All SF254s must be signed. Updated SF254s should be maile d to: Contractor Appraisal Information Center, CENWP-CT-I, Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, PO Box 2946, Portland, OR 97208-2946. Firms not currently in the ACASS system may apply for an ACASS number by submitting a completed and signed SF254 (original or duplicate) to the same address.
