- Description
- This project is to demolish one air-cooled chiller, one- water pump, and one water-cooled package air-conditioning unit with associated piping components. Provide one-air cooled chiller with an approx. capacity of 100 tons, one water pump, and one air-cooled split air-conditioning unit with an approx. capacity of 3 tons and associated electrical supply, piping, and ductwork components. The period of performance will be 120 calendar days after notice to proceed. This effort must be completed by 30 Apr. 2002. The IFB should be posted approx. 13 Nov 2001. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 -- $250,000.
