Description

The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 15 to provide all labor, supervision, administrative support, equipment, incidentals, and transportation/travel necessary to provide respirator fit testing and training services for approximately 200 employees at the VA Medical Center, 1000 Locust St., Reno, NV 89502-2597 a Department of Veterans Affairs facility within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 21). All services shall be performed in compliance with OSHA Standard for Respiratory Protection form M. Tuberculosis (29 CFR1910.139), General Industry Standard, Respiratory Protection (29CFR1910.134) and all federal, state and local requirements. Contract period is December 1, 2001 or date of award through November 30, 2002 with four one-year options through November 30, 2006. Contract award is subject to availability of funds.
