Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas, plans to issue IFB 50102-0106 for the contruction of an Armory Building. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and materials to construct a 900 sq. ft. Armory Building consisting of site preparation, utilities rough-in, reinforced slab with 8 x 8 x 16 CMU reinforced walls, structural steel bar joist and B decking roof. Project shall include all utilities, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical. All work to take place at the Federal Correctional Institution in Bastrop, Texas. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be available on or about November 15, 2001 with an anticipated bid opening date of December 18, 2001, at 2:00 p.m. local time. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Adminstration's Federal Business Opportunities web site Http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the the solcitation document will not be abailable. The site provides downloading instructions.
