The RFP will be issued in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format on CD-ROM and will include digital photos of the existing installations. Reclamation reserves the right to issue the RFP on paper if it's determined to be Reclamation's interest to do so. To receive a CD-ROM for this solicitation offerors must register via our website at www.pn.usbr.gov/contracts after this notice appears. No phone or fax requests for the CD-ROM will be accepted. There's no charge for the CD-ROM and only one CD-ROM per offeror will be made available. The planholders list will be posted on the website when the solicitation is issued. Offerors will be evaluated on the suitability of their proposed equipment, successful past performance of similar requirements, the quality and capabilities of their proposed manufacturing facilities, proposed installation schedule, and price, among other factors. At this time, a site visit has not been scheduled but the RFP will include the specific date, time and meeting location for the site visit as well as providing a contact point for the site visit. For this acquisition the small business size standard is 750 employees and the NAICS code is 335313. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. See Numbered Notes 12 and 26.
