Description

Description: J- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Sierra Pacific Network, VISN 21, has a requirement for a contractor to furnish delivery, set-up, recover, clean store and reissue new and used equipment including, medical equipment, bathroom aids, home care aids, wheelchairs, beds, bath lifts, and crutches to VA beneficiaries homes or to outpatient clinics in the Northern California and Hawaiian Islands areas. Contractor shall provide storage space. All equipment will be provided by VA facilities. Solicitation provides for multiple award, which will be considered after evaluation of offers. The contract will be for a base year beginning December 1, 2001 or one year from date of award with four one year option periods. NAIC code 811219, $5.0 applies.
