Description

Amendment 03 for the Checkout, Assembly and Payload Processing Services (CAPPS) acquisition is being released to industry via the NAIS and CAPPS websites. The purpose of Amendment 03 is to publish questions/comments submitted relevant to the CAPPS request for purchase (RFP) and the Government's responses thereto. This amendment also modifies specified portions of the referenced RFP as related to the Government's responses to the submitted questions/comments. Amendment 03 is being released in portions. The portions include (1) the Standard Form 30; (2) Questions and Answers; (3) RFP Section L, revised; (4) Attachment J-1, Appendix 13, revised; (5) Attachment J-1, Appendix 21, DR 16 Enclosure 1, revised; and (6) Attachment J-1, Appendix 22, revised.
