Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source contract to Matthew Bender and Compan y Inc., 1275 Broadway, Albany, NY, for the following: Federal Rules of Evidence -- FY02 Updates, quantity: 128, Military Rule s of Evidence -- FY02 Updates, quantity: 230 and Military Evidentiary Foundations -- FY02 Updates, quantity: 172. This requir ement is sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there ar e any other businesses that can provide the above service, they must respond to this notice before 3:00 p.m. Central Standar d Time, on November 9, 2001. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Matthew Bender and Company, Inc will be pursued.
