This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its date of 2001 NOV 23. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDEDBY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 1010, 2520, 2540, 2590. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
