Description

Export Control applies (Note 8), option to extend term of contract is 36 months, this procurement is a small business set aside. Competitive technical data is available for the NSNs in this solicitation. Automated Best Value Model: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Additional Remarks: this package contains a total of 41 NSNs under Federal Supply Class 5342, Miscellaneous Aircraft Hardware. The government intends to enter into a long term contract agreement that will include a two-year base period followed by three, one-year option periods. The estimated value for these 41 NSNs for the base and option period is $1.7M. The solicitation will include provisions for multiple awards so contracts can be awarded on an NSN by NSN basis depending on the best value to the government. A listing of all 41 NSNs and their respective specification, qualification, manufacturer, part number, drawing number, size, dimension or other form, fit and function descriptions associated with the NSNs Procurement Item Description will be posted on the Internet at http://www.dscr.dla.mil/proc/LTC/LTC.htm. The delivery terms for stock deliveries will be identified in the solicitation. Stock delivery terms range from 30 to 210 days depending on the NSN.
