Description

This is a modification to a previously submitted notice Submission No. 50S997. The following products are added to item 0001 (software products) and item 0002 (software updates for two years): part numbers 2925-0 (DesignWare), 2570-0 (DFT Compiler), and 2588-0 (TetraMAX ATPG). The Government intends to award all items on a sole source basis to Synopsys Inc., Mountain View CA (CAGE: 0WJ76). The authority for sole source is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See CBD Note 22.
