Description

Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for the Transcription Services of Medical Records for the Patient Administration Division. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, training, supervision and other items of services. P erformance period is base period (01 Jan 02-30 Sep 02) with two option years. Requests for the RFQ must in in writing and reference RFQ No. DADA09-02-T-0019. All quotes submitted in response to the RFQ must remain firm through 31 Dec 01.
